Staff Meeting will be held to focus on Children’s Personal Rights and dealing with children’s behaviors and facility discipline policy. Facility will submit signed meeting notes to LPA by POC date. Based on interviews conducted, it was revealed that multiple staff have picked up a child in different manners, to make them go to certain areas/ follow directions. This poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.
