C1, C2, C3, were not accorded a safe and healthful environment as all 3 children obtained and ingested amphetamines and/or methamphetamines resulting in the serious bodily injury (C1) – elevated heart rate – 132 [reference range 70 – 120], insomnia, abnormal hyperactivity, vomiting, constant movement, and non-stop talking; Child (C2) – abnormal hyperactivity; Child (C3) – seizure-like activity, behaviors/acting in a manner inconsistent with the child’s normal mannerisms, speech delay, looks “out of it”, staring off, tongue smacking, and fidgeting. This is an immediate risk to the health,safety, and personal rights of the children in care.
