102416.5(d)(1) · For deficiency , on 02/18/26 the licensee un-enrolled two infants. LPA received copies of the letters provided to the parents. During today's inspection, LPA observed the facility was operating within the capacity and limitations outlined in the license. LPA also observed LIC 9224 Acknowledgement Receipt of Licensing Reports. For deficiency 102425(c), on 02/27/26 LPA received copies of LIC 9227 for the four infants enrolled. For deficiency 102425(j)(2)(D)(c), on 02/27/26 LPA received copies of the 15-minute safe sleep documentation for the infants enrolled. LPA also observed during today’s inspection that the sleep forms dated 03/02–03/05/26 were complete. The deficiencies noted above have been cleared, and no further action is needed.
