Director stated that both aides have six units and currently enrolled in school to obtain 12 units and will be hiring both of them in teacher positions. Director will provide proof of change in positions and ensure that any aides are under direct supervision of teacher or director. Based on observation, LPA observed two classrooms being supervised by aides and no qualified teachers present which poses a potential health, safety and/or personal rights risk to children in care.
