The Director states that she will ensure the infant classroom always maintains the required staff/child ratio by scheduling a staff member to come in early to step in for infants when needed. Typically, the problem with ratio was in the morning, so this should correct the problem. Director will ensure infant and preschool children are not commingled at any time by providing additional staff to make sure staffing is sufficient. Director will also provide training during staff meeting on 11/11/22 on not commingling. Director will email LPA the agenda and sign in sheets for metting. Based on interviews and records review, the facility operated beyond the conditions of the license (serving infants aged 0-2 only) when they commingled infants and preschool children in 1 out of 1 infant classrooms.
