Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 5 of 5 staff files reviewed that did not have Pediatric CPR/1st aid with EMSA stickers. No one at the facility is Pediatric 1st Aid/CPR trained with a card that has EMSA stickers, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
