Based on record review Per Staff, the facility does not use Drinking Fountain B and D which was removed and capped. Drinking water comes from the faucet which did not test for lead exceedance. POC cleared at time of site visit. and observations, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as Drinking Fountain- B (6 ppb) and Drinking Fountain- D (6 ppb) tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE).
