At 11:04 a.m.,LPA Licensee's Assistant immediately removed all poisons and placed them in the front garage. Per Licensee, she will purchase a box and 2 combination locks, store the poisons in the box, and submit pictures to LPA via email by due date 8/30/2021. observed 3 Raid cans, Zap-A-Roach Roach and Ant killer Boric Acid, d-CON Bait Station rat poison, AMDRO Ant Killing Bait, and one Hot Shot BedBug and Flea fogger stored in an off-limit hallway closet via door cover.
