  Ed Coordinator states facility will develop and submit a written biting plan to ensure children who are prone to biting will be constantly visually supervised and to ensure they do not bite other children in care. Based on interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as a child bit another child without any staff visually supervising which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
