    Director stated that no infant child would use the fountain and only school age children would only use the outside water fountain for drinking from time to time and usally only use their own water bottles or the jug of water and disposable cups the facility provides. Director states will replace fixture & will utilize the new Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as one outlet (outdoor drinking fountain) out of four outlets tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE). This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. fixture flushing tracking sheet and document the 30 second flush, 4 times each day for 3 weeks and then will scheduled the lead retest date.The facility will provide a written statement on the time line of the fixture replaced, documented and retest date or will remove the water fountain and not use at all.
