Director states she will talk with her district leader to come up with a plan that will ensure a safe environment is provided for all children in the facility and all children are visually supervised at all times. Based on interview and record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 of 2 infant classrooms, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Director stated that no infant child would use the fountain and only school age children would only use the outside water fountain for drinking from time to time and usally only use their own water bottles or the jug of water and disposable cups the facility provides.
