Staff #1 had completed 6 semester units but did not enroll in Assistant Director will submit to LPA Babcock by close of day today, 7/29//2022, a written plan on how to comply with the ratio requirement always as well as maintain ratio going forward. Assistant Director stated a new fully qualified teacher is starting on 8/1/22 and will be placed in Room B. additional semester units after employment in September 2021. Staff #2 did not have any of the required 12 semester units to qualify as a teacher. Ratio was not met since both are not qualified as teachers. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to the children in care.
