Director Carol Garcia stated the outlets found to be in lead exceedance, sample sites E, F, H, and J are not in use by facility. Director stated fixtures J & H have been replaced and will be retested and bubblers E & F will be removed. Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as four outlets out of ten outlets tested had an Action Level Exceedance (ALE). This poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to children in care. Facility will continue to provide LPA with the status and updates regarding the faucets re-test and bubblers removal.
