Based on interviews with staff, LPA In response to the incident, the facility immediately changed the sign in and out procedure to prevent from a similar incident occurring again. The sign in/out procedure has been moved from outdoor just by the front parking lot, to inside at the front desk. Staff now supervise the child being picked up and leaving with parent(s). The director will determined that a child #1 was left by staff unsupervised in the facility parking lot, for approximately 2 minutes. This poses an immediate threat to the child/children's health, safety, and personal rights. submit via email a detailed plan for how the facility has corrected this violation. In addition, during today's inspection LPA gathered an email sent to all parents in response to this incident.
