LPAs discussed safe sleep regulations with Licensee. During LPAs observations, the infant woke up and the Licensee removed the infant and blanket. Licensee will discuss removing blankets for infants with parents. Deficiency cleared during visit. LPAs observed an infant asleep with a blanket in a pack and play. Infant woke up during LPA observation and Licensee removed the child and blanket, This is an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.
