LPA verified that A3 was associated on 8/19/2024 his requirment was not met as evidenced by. Upon arriving, LPA observed Adult 3 working at the facility prior to Licensee requesting a transfer of a criminal record clearance as specified in Section 102370(j). Adult 3 was not listed on the facility roster. This poses an immediate risk to children in care.

When circumstances require the licensee to be temporarily absent from the home, the licensee shall arrange for a substitute adult to care for and supervise the children during his/her absence. Temporary absences shall not exceed 20 percent of the hours that the facility is providing care per day.
