102416.5(a) · / Capacity. 102416.5(a )- On 03/13/26 the Licensee submitted documentation stating that ten (10) day-care children were un-enrolled with parents signatures. During today's inspection, LPAs observed the facility was operating within the capacity and limitations outlined in the license. LPAs also observed LIC 9224 Acknowledgement Receipt of Licensing Reports. The deficiency noted above has been cleared and no further action is needed. The Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. Exit interview was conducted with Licensee and Appeals Rights provided.
