The Licensee is to stop allowing the minor to transport children and will submit a list of all adults that will transport children. List of adults shall also include copy of drivers license and current First-Aid/CPR certifications. The Licensee and/or another adult did not transport a child to school and instead had 12 year old daughter walk with a minimum five school age children to the school bus stop without any adult supervision, which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care. LPA observed two infants were asleep in two separate cribs with a blanket and stuffed animal Licensee removed items during visit while stating infants cannot sleep without blankets. LPA reminded Licensee of regulation and informed her it was a repeat violation and a $250 civil penalty was being assessed. 102416.5(d)(1) · Staffing Ratio & Capacity For a Large Family Child Care Home, the maximum number of children for whom care may be provided at any one time when there is an assistant provider in the home, including children under age 10 who reside at the licensee's home and the assistant provider's children under age 10, shall be either: (1) Twelve children, no more than four of whom may be infants.
