Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above: LPAs observed two adult men (S3 and S4) with no fingerprint clearance in outdoor area of the home that is not accessible to children, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
