  101223(a)(1)(2) · Personal Rights:(a)The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (1)To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. (2) To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations The center will plan to conduct an all staff training on personal rights, develop an agenda, and a plan to insure the incident wont reaccur. Plan and agenda will be sent to CCLD by POC date 03/5/25. POC cleared by visit. This requirement has not been met as evidenced by: staff grabbed a child by the arm pulling her and pulled the girl by the arm to sit her down. A child was injured and staff couldnt see the child to identify they were bitten. This poses an immediate threat to the health, safety and personal rights of children.
