The center will conduct a all staff training on sanitation and come up with a written checklist and plan of procedures for diapering or toileting and handling food. The center needs to send the plan to CCLd by POC date 11/08/24. Based on video footage and conformation from the Director a staff member did not wash her hands after changing diapers and then served food to the children in care which is a potential risk to the health and safety of the children in the care. By 11/9/22 Director agreed to submit a written plan on steps to either permanently cease use of outlet or remediate by replacing outlet. Based on Lead Testing Sample results the facility has one (1) water faucet with lead exposure.
