Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation andrecord review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Present today during inspection were 7 children, all preschool age. Per CCL regulations, there should be a school age child present who is currently enrolled in elementary school or at least age 6 when providing care for more than 6 children, This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
