Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Fence has exposed nails and some wooden slats are unhinged, can be pushed out and creates a gap opening. Exposed pipes on the ground are a tripping hazard. Tricycles need to have cushioned handles.
