The facility has not used the faucet since 02/10/2025 and is currently using water jugs for drinking water for the entire facility. The facility will continue to use water jugs and will not use the identified faucet. If the facility decides to replace the faucet, they will notify the department and get the faucet retested. (1) A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance
