Center has already implemented a new set up/ process when coming into the facility to ensure all children are inside together. Owner also stated a training will be held with staff to address counting at transitions. Proof of training will be provided to LPA. Based on interviews revealing that C1 was left unsupervised on the playground for 3-10 minutes which poses an immediate health, safety and or personal rights risk to children in care.
