Director agreed to retrain staff on facility's Caring Series/cleaning procedures and provide LPA with copy of training materials/itinerary. Director will also provide proof of staff attendance to LPA on or before the POC due date via email or US Mail. Based on confidential interviews, the CCC was not using universal precautions with daycare children present as staff was clearing/cleaning table with a broom which poses a potential health, safety risk and/or personal rights risk to children in care.
