, Director agrees to complete a personal rights training with infant staff and submit to LPA via email by 7/19/24. Based on interviews it was disclosed that S1 becomes frustrated and becomes forceful with thechildren. Based on LPAs observation with facility video surveilance S1 was observed grabbing child by arm draggin them from one spot to the other and guiding crawling infants with her feet. This is a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
