Per Site Supervisor Mateus all authorized representatives have been notified of the lead exceedance and testing results. The two outlets were made inoperable and replaced. Mateus states retesting of the 2 outlets is in progress. Based on record review, two outlets at the facility contained lead exceedance greater than 5.5 ppb.
