Licensee states they will watch "Child Care Ratio" video at http://ccld.childcarevideos.org/family-childcareproviders/ and answer questions and submit to LPA on or before POC due date. Based on obervation, the licensee did not complly with the section cited above as LPA observed 5 out of 11 children in care were infants which poses a potential health and safety or personal rights risks to persons in care.
