Based on records reviewed, physical evidence and interviews, Licensee placed infant in a highchair as a form of restraint, which poses an immediate risk health, safety, or personal rights to children in care. Licensee will submit written statement indicating her understanding of the regulation and video. Licensee will submit written statement to CCL by 12/18/2024.
