Per Representative the teachers were given an incident documentation on the incident for lack of supervision and retraining on all staff is in process. I will provide a copy of the training to Licensing and who attended to Licensing by agreed POC date of 10/16/24. Based on interviews Child 1 was left unsupervised outside on the playground and the classroom staff was not aware.
