  Per the Director, we will suspend the child if they are hitting or bullying and document to the parent and if it continues we will put the child on the ABC chart and track the behavior and if that doesn't work, we will contact the Administrator and possibly remove the child. Based on interviews and record reviews Child 1 was smacked in the face by another daycare child while in care. The staff did not follow behavior guidance to prevent the incident from occurring which is a potential health, safety, or personal rights violation to the persons in care.
