The CCC will implement a new policy, that designates the review of camera footage responsibility, to a CCC staff member whenever the CCC director is not present at the facility. A second policy will be implemented. This policy will require every staff memeber who leaves before CCC pick up time... Based on interviews and record review, the CCC did not comply with the section cited above, on 3/27/2025, C1 was left without care and supervsion for approximately 45 minutes. will need to sign a document, verifying all the children who are signed in or present at their designated classrooms are accounted for. LPA conducted interviews and gathered documents that determined S3 was alone supervising preschool children... The center will need to submit schedules two weeks in advance to all staff starting with the 12/02/2024 to 12/13/2024.
