Director will conduct an In-Service training with staff with emphasis on Personal Rights and all facility staff will watch the CDSS video at CCLD.childcarevideos.org.on Personal Rights and discuss the topic during a staff meeting and will email LPA confirmation by 3/24/2025 Per statements obtained, staff speaks to children in a harsh, strong, firm tone, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care $250 Civil Penalty was assessed today for repeated violation within 12 months. LPA conducted a site visit on 11/03/2022 and observed that facility has installed protective mechanisms to ensure that disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisons and other items that could pose a danger are inaccessible to children.
On 10/12/2022, LPA observed Clorox bleach bottles easily accessible to day care children which were stored under the kitchen sink cabinet. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care LPA observed a child-proof knob cover on the kitchen door and child safety latches on the kitchen cabinet and bathroom cabinets.
