Based on record review, the facility had 1 faucet that exceeded that allowable levels of Center Director has made the faucet temporarily inaccessible by placing a plastic bag and posting an out of order and do not use signs on the fountain, and Director intends to shut off the water to the fountain to prevent accidental use, and children in care are receiving drinking water by using cups to retrieve water lead in the water. This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care. from the kitchen faucet.
