  Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there were multiple cleaners that contained the label "Contact Poison Control" on them, in each classroom, the boy's bathroom, and the girl’s bathroom. These cleaners were inaccessible to children because they were stored in a cabinet secured by a child proof latch and stored on a high shelf within the cabinet. However, there was no key lock or combination lock that secured the storage area of the poisons. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
