Licensee stated she would review the regulation and submit a signed statement attesting to her understanding of the regulation to LPA by email at robert.maciel@dss.ca.gov by 1/22/26. Based on LPA observation, there was a child (C1) who was sleeping in a stroller in the living room which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of persons in care.
