Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the facility did not comply with the section cited above. 18 children were playing on the playground and 3 staff. LPA observed a storage closet on the playground with the door open. LPA inspected the closet and there were cleaning disinfectants stored on a cart this poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 05/14/2024
