Director met with a water testing analyst consultant on 6/22/2023 to discuss the second test failure, they will be replacing piping underneath the sink on July 13, 2023. Results will be submitted to LPA by POC due date via email or mail. On 06/09/2023 licensee failed to maintain a lead value at or below the Action Level for water lead testing resulting with values of 5.5 ppb or greater for Site ID F. Facility stated that faucet F located in the kitchen is not being used to prepare food. Faucet F is also replaced with a new faucet on 4/14/23. A copy of the work order was provided to the LPA on 05/01/23 Lab report analysis water from outlet F (6.02 ppb) taken on 03/29/2023 indicated levels of lead in exceedance. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care. Administration is currently flushing faucet F 4x daily and will submit resampling results to LPA through email.
