evidence by Assistant Director stated they have scheduled a date to fumigate the childcare center by POC due date. Assistant Director will also provide a written preventative maintenance plan to licensing department by 7/4/2023. Based on observation and interviews with staff members stating they have observed cockroaches in different areas of the childcare center on different dates. This is a potential Health and Safety risk to the children in care.
