(1) A result with values of 5.5 part per billion (ppb) or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance This requirement was not met evidenced by: Lab report analysis water from outlet c(6.6ppb) and G Room 2(5.8 ppb) taken on 09/27/2022 indicated levels of lead in exceedance. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights of children in care. Deficient Practice Statement Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 outlets in classrom 2 (outlet C and outlet G) which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
