Staff posted the lead sampling test results. The kitchen faucet/outlet was closed off with plastic bag, taped and sign posted "Do not use". Staff stated they have ordered the part to replace the kitchen faucet/outlet and will get it retested and provide copies of the new test results to licensing office. Based on facility Lead sampling tests it was discovered that kitchen faucet/outlet in Rm 1 had high level of lead. This poses a potential risk to the health of children in care.
