Director states that she will submit proof of action taken to ensure the facility is sanitized and free of insects to LPA Tran by due date. Based on observation, LPA Tran and LPA Castanon observed one alive cockroach under the sink in Blue Bird classroom and one dead cockroach under the cabinet in the Red Robin classroom. The Director was made aware and acknowledged the cockroaches in the 2 classrooms.
