information obtained during the investigation Director is to watch the video Teacher to Child Ratios in Child Care Center video at childcarevideos.ccld.org and write a statement that includes what she learned from the video and what is her plan is to ensure compliance with required Teacher to Child ratios going forward. Director stated to LPA that she has been utilizing Teacher’s Assistants who are not teacher qualified to provide care and supervision to children during outdoor play without a qualified Teacher present. This is an immediate risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care. Plan to be submitted to Community Care Licensing by 2/10/23.
