Deficient Practice Statement Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During today's inspection, while reviewing records, Licensee stated that she does not have a 15 minute check log for the infants while they're napping which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
