  Director will submit a written plan to the Department detailing how they will ensure infants are not being held by other children. Director will ensure that only qualified staff will hold and care for infants. Based on information obtained through interviews, it was revealed that a school age child that does not attend the facility has on one or more occasions, held an infant that attends the facility. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
