Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. During Facility walk through Licensing Program Analyst observed there to be an accessible cabinet with cleaning solutions stored. Director immedietly removed them and were placed in an inaccessible area. POC Due Date: 11/15/2024
