  Director stated that she will conduct staff training regarding staff communication between classrooms, in order to maintain supervision. Based on interviews, the facility did not comply with the section cited above. One child was not under adult supervision in a classroom during the transition time which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
