The facility has turned off the water line to the outlets with the exceedances and placed a notice indicating it is not allowed for use. The facility will continue use filter water with disposable cups which is provided to children both indoors and outdoors during operational hours. The facility plans to replace the drinking fountain and water faucet and have it retested. Lead test results received by Licensing on 09/16/2022, tested on 07/16/2022, showed two outlets in the facility had lead levels exceeding 5 parts per billion (ppb). This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care. Proof of a new drinking fountain and sink faucet with a test indicating levels of 5 ppb or less will be sent to LPA by 10/21/2022. SUPERVISOR'S NAME: Bettina Engelman
