Safety precautions shall include but not be limited to The licensee understands that the inside and the outside of the home must be safe for the day care children at all times. Licensee will clean the backyard and remove all unsafe items by 4/21/23. LPA will ensure the children's safety at all times. Licensee will submit a Plan of Correction to the Department by sending photos. LPA toured the outdoor play area observed several unsafe items such as several pieces of wood and a pile of metal poles. The metal poles is from workers who replaced the large canopy that was damaged from the wind. In addition, LPA observed the outdoor area accessible to a side area with other unsafe items such as a ladder.

LPA observed three children Child #1, #2 and #8 on the premises without immunization records and one child present without a file. The child without a file was enrolled previously. LPa reviewed children's records and did not observe immunization records for three children present today. The standard was not met.
