  Licensee agrees to ensure that all children’s files are fully completed at the time of enrollment and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements. To strengthen record-keeping practices, the Licensee will view the training video “Record Keeping in Family Child Care” available at: https://ccld.childcarevideos.org/family-child-care-providers/ Based on record review and interviews of all relevant parties, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above: Licensee was unable to provide C12's file record, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
